Year-End Party!!

Dear Parents,

Our boys have been working very hard this year and the teachers would like to reward their hard work by organising a party. The P6 boys have graduated and this would be the last time that they join us for such events, so this would be a farewell party for the seniors as well. Please try to include this year-end party into your busy schedule as it is a wonderful time for all of us to hang out and have fun as a Strings family. Here are the details:

• Date: 4 December 2010, Saturday
• Meeting Point: West Coast MacDonalds
• Time: 1pm to 3pm
• What to bring: We would appreciate greatly if parents could prepare some food for portluck (please contact the teachers if you are able to do so), boys are allowed to bring their balls and other games which requires a group of people to play with (but please don't bring any PSP, etc)
• What to wear: Casual
• Who to contact: Mdm Maznah (Hp: 93836926) / Miss Joyce Tan (Hp: 91696908)

Your child would have received a consent form and an invitation card. Please sign the consent form and return it on the next practice session (1 Dec, Wed).

Important:

• Rehearsal for prize giving ceremony: 9 November (Tue) and 10 Nov (Wed), 9am - 3pm. Attendance is compulsory.
• Full-dress rehearsal will be carried out on 10 Nov (Wed). Please get ready your SYF costume and bring them along when you come for practice on that day.
• Please remember to bring your consent form for CCA day (which will be held on 15 Nov) and submit it to Mdm Maznah or Miss Joyce Tan tomorrow.
