Dear boys,
You were wonderful on stage. Your performance was outstanding. Though none of us expects the turnout, we teachers feel you are truly wonderful, and you have indeed did your best. Results do not determine who we are. We still love you the same and you boys are truly talented and so precious to us. Let this be part of the journey to be true musicians. Life doesn't always give us what we want. We rise, we fall and yes, there will be sunshine after the rain...eventually :) Don't be disheartened. GOLD is still great. It is what other school seek yet couldn't achieve. We did it. You did it. You gave your best shot. Time was the factor.
Remember, results do not determine who you are. In everyone's eyes, you are just wonderful, truly talented young musicians. To the boys who are joining us in the next syf, we will try our best yet again :)
Do look forward to the celebration and the performance wanted, requested by the taiwanese visitors, simply because you're wonderful.
Parents...THANK YOU SO MUCH for always being supportive. You are our pillar of strength and I couldn't thank you enough. You've been there for us, being patient with the numerous practices and accomodating us. Thank you so so much. We really appreciate your utmost support.
